With the ever growing destruction of our planet for the sake of money, we have an obligation as Muslims by command from Allah to take care of our resources.
Fracking for oil is a disaster in many aspects and our Maryland community will be threatened by it very soon unless we join with other concerned citizens and fight back.
The Calvert Interfaith & Patuxent Friends are hosting three free public information sessions on Fracking in Maryland and on Pre-trial Release, issues coming before our state legislature in the new year. The St. Mary’s information & training will be held on January 11,2017, in the auditorium, at College of Southern Maryland, Leonardtown campus, 7:00-9:00pm.
